The Law of Abundance: Is It Working For or Against You?

In today's economy, the "law of abundance" is heavily sought after, although it's actually a spin-off of the "law of attraction" also called the "law of love".
Do you think it's weird that a system called "Law of Abundance" providing for how to create wealth also has to do with love?
Some might think so, since "abundance" is just a secret way of saying "give me money!"
The thing is, the law of love is built on feelings...
In a nutshell, the better you feel about any given situation, the more you are emanating high frequency waves or "good feeling" waves, which generate good stuff coming your way.
Obviously, whenever you love anything or anyone, you're feeling good about it!
Whether you're expressing love for a person, place or thing, the law of love dictates that you deserve to have it and begins to manifest that same thing coming your way.
Be careful of how you express yourself for the law of abundance to work in your favor...
You could look at a pair of shoes you're attracted in the store, and say, "I love those shoes, I can just imagine how wonderful they'd look on me (or someone else)... if you could say, "Look at the price of those shoes, that's highway robbery!"
Your thoughts or words will dictate how you ultimately feel, and your feelings allow the law of abundance to bring abundance your way.
Think about it, you can't make any statement without having the same feeling about what you're saying.
So whether or not you're aware of it, the law of abundance is working to bring abundance towards you - or away from you - all depending on your thoughts.
On the surface, this seems a little scary because, once you're aware of what you're thinking, you might want to try NOT to even think!
So how can you use the law of abundance to work in your favor?
My first recommendation is to keep a gratitude log. Many successful people throughout the ages have been strong advocates of the power of gratitude to bring about abundance into their lives.
Way back in 1910, Wallace Wattles had written, "The Science of Getting Rich" where his chapter on gratitude was his longest chapter.
And there was also Albert Einstein who learned to secret to how to create wealth in his younger years. He made a daily practice to be thankful for the information given to him at least one hundred times a day.
And what does gratitude have to do with the law of abundance?
Of course, the "abundance" that comes to you is not necessarily in the form of money, although there have been countless episodes of people receiving money after they pay out - that is, when they pay out with love and appreciation. Just paying your debts is not enough. You must feel happy and truly grateful for the services you have received.
Whether you know it or not, the Law of Abundance is working in sync with your emotions - so it's either working for you or it's working against you, all depending on your feelings...
This is because the law of the attraction states, "you get what you think about, whether you want it or not!"
Did you ever notice that rich people tend to become richer while the poor just become more penniless? That's because it's so easy to feel happy when you have a lot of money. And, of course, it's also all too easy to feel unhappy when you don't have any money.
So how can you start feeling happy enough to tip the scales to make the Law of Abundance work for you when you're not rich?
The answer is to start feeling rich. Follow the steps below to tip the scales from scarcity to abundance in your life...
1) Keep a gratitude log and write down the things you're truly grateful for at the end of every day.
Remember to feel true gratitude, and you might want to say "thank you" out load so as to make sure your feelings are following your actions.
NOTE: Don't lie to yourself here. The Universe knows what you truly feel. The idea is to find something that perhaps in the past you may have just taken for granted. Make a point of noticing where you might be if you didn't have this (like the eyes to read this article, for example).
I say "the Universe knows what you're truly feeling" at the risk of sounding a little "woo-woo".
I'm really not talking about Santa Clause here (LOL). The truth is that physicists have proven that we all create vibrations that are magnetically attracted to like vibrations, or frequencies. And, the happier the emotion, the higher the frequency.
2) Verbalize each day in the form of incantations and positive affirmations, affirming what you will accomplish.
It's important to first get a clear intention about and determine your passion, and then write out what you intend to accomplish. Read this "dream statement" at least twice daily to keep the "dream thoughts" in your head. It's also important to imagine details in the dream about where you would like to be 3-6 months from now, and how you feel. How does the future you feel in comparison to how you feel now? Powerful? Confident? Attracting lots of friends? Make sure you feel those feelings when you affirm your dream statement.
3) Be aware of what you talk about, and what you really enjoy.
When you're having a good time, take the time to notice what it is that's making you feel so good, and spend time feeling gratitude for that moment.
The more you're aware of what makes you feel good, the more you will witness more of that same thing.
Remember, complaints, either verbal or just thought about, equal negativity, and that negativity brings on more of what you don't want! So catch yourself if you start to feel angry and start thinking of something you like.
Remove yourself from angry situations before they have time to explode in your thoughts.
Realize what it is that you really want, and hold onto that dream!
As for me, I never before realized before how I was so obviously pushing money out of my life until I started following the people in this team who are using the law of attraction to teach people how to create wealth - not just money, but an overwhelming wealth of knowledge and spiritual development!
I never wanted to be rich...
But as I approach my senior years, I'm more aware of how I really need to find a way to provide for the future. Don't you agree?
